Cloud based systems are making BPA available to a wider range of user. This matters in the ANZ region because businesses here tend to be smaller than in the Northern Hemisphere.

That’s because they needed a substantial, robust enterprise infrastructure to move from complex paper and manual processes to fully digital workflows.

Spark Digital, New Zealand’s largest technology services company and one of the biggest in ANZ, is delivering fully monitored, managed and integrated cloud contact centres in New Zealand. Meanwhile Greentree International has customers in Australia and New Zealand working in the automotive parts distribution and healthcare sectors using BPA.
